On May 14, 2001, Askren Municipal Forestry, LLC, opened its doors for the first time. Ever since, this dedicated business has been providing municipalities in Ohio, with urban forestry services such as; consulting, training, tree appraisals, tree inventories, management plans, Tree Tracker Software, etc. – all available on a part-time or as-needed basis.
Ben Askren is the owner and proprietor of this business. He has extensive experience and knowledge in all facets of residential, utility, and municipal forestry. He has 25 years experience in the field with leaders of the green industry such as The Bartlett Tree Expert Company, ACRT Inc., and The Davey Resource Group. Askren Municipal Forestry LLC has provided services for all sizes of communities that lack personnel or staff trained in arboriculture.
